Player Development Approach

The RVSC has adopted a consistent training curriculum developed by Director of Coaching Damon Petras to guide player development throughout each player's RVSC career. This curriculum is then adapted by each team's coach and professional trainer to meet the needs of the individual players and the team as a whole.
