Description:

The mission of the program is to provide local middle school and high school players an excellent opportunity to gain the ultimate edge for going into the upcoming sports seasons. Our staff will design and implement a strength training, speed, agility, and conditioning program for all athletes. We will provide important technical and tactical training to prepare for your soccer season. 

Each athlete will learn proper running techniques, active warm-ups, Brazilian coordination drills, plyometrics, over-speed and resistance running, agility drills, and weightlifting technique. The program will utilize the hockey court and athletic fields and use the most up-to-date equipment and activities. We will incorporate soccer coerver moves to beat an opponent and turns to get out of pressure in a competitive setting. The tactical development of the program will focus on team shape and group tactics.

Details

An all-female competitive soccer camp environment with a focus on technical and tactical soccer development in addition to hands-on activities to develop leadership skills on and off the field.  Student-athletes will learn how they can lead themselves and the different styles of leadership to lead a group.  They will work on personal development over the course of the camp and be trained and taught that confidence comes from within.  The camp will be led by Kathleen DeLitta, owner/operator of Collegiate Athlete Prep and Head Coach of Rosemont College.
