• Congratulations to RVSC Teams in the Fall Season

  The RVSC Blaze U12 Boys finished as Co-Champions of the SJSL U12 Flight 2, with a record of 4 wins, 4 draws, and 2 losses. They scored 15 goals while only allowing 10.

  The RVSC Lightning U14 Boys finished as Champions of the SJSL U14 Flight 5, with a record of 9 wins, 1 draw, and no losses. They scored 38 goals while only allowing 11. Goalkeepers Joey Stellwag and Luis Lema posted two shutouts.

  RVSC Red Devils U11 Boys finished first in the gold flight at the Cinnaminson Thanksgiving Tournament, going undefeated with a record of 3 - 0 - 0.

• Congratulations to RVSC Teams in Recent Tournaments

  RVSC Lightning U14 Girls finished second in the top flight at the Woodstown Columbus Day Tournament, going undefeated with a win and two draws.

  RVSC Blaze U12 Boys won their flight at the Mount Laurel Columbus Day Tournament. The Blaze won three of four matches, with three shutouts, outscoring opponents eight to one.

• Congratulations to RVSC Teams in Recent Tournaments

  RVSC Lightning U14 Boys won their flight at the Moorestown Labor Day Tournament. The Lightning won two of three matches, with one shutout, outscoring opponents eleven to four. The shutout was shared by Keepers Joey Stellwag and Luis Lema.

• RVRHS-NBCHS Soccer Doubleheader!

  The Rancocas Valley Regional High School and Northern Burlington County High School Boys and Girls Varsity Soccer Teams will be hosting a rare, night-time double-header. The games are scheduled for Friday, September 16th at the Westampton Sports Complex off of Rancocas Road. The games will be held on PDA's turf soccer field next to the Friends Academy of Westampton. The girls varsity teams will play at 5:45pm and the boys varsity teams will follow at 7:30pm.

  The admission fee will be a $1.00 for students and $2.00 for adults. This fee is needed to pay for the police coverage assigned to the game. The fee will be collected from the cars as they pull into the parking lot.

  There will be a concession stand open to the public. They will be serving hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, french fries, hot pockets, and more. The beverages will include soda and water.

  There are no bleachers at the complex so people should bring their own chairs.

  We look forward to seeing you at the games. Please pass the word on to any person that may be interested in attending the games.

• Congratulations to RVSC teams in Recent Tournaments

  RVSC Fire U16 Boys won the top U-16 flight at the West Windsor-Plainsboro Sunburst Tournament. The Fire won three matches, with one shutout, and drew the fourth, outscoring opponents nine to four.

  RVSC Union U11 Boys finished second in their bracket at the West Windsor-Plainsboro Sunburst Tournament. The Union won two matches, and drew two matches, including a draw with the bracket champion. They outscored their opponents thirteen goals to seven.

  RVSC Red Raiders U12 Girls won their bracket at the Manalapan Memorial Weekend Tournament. The Red Raiders won all four matches, while scoring eighteen goals and only allowing three.

• RVSC Blaze Boys U17 New Jersey Youth Soccer President's Cup Champions

  RVSC Blaze U17 Boys completed their championship season with a victory over the Central Jersey Silver Bullets. The match was tied 2 - 2 at the end of regulation and remained tied at the conclusion of extra time. It was decided with the Blaze defeating the Silver Bullets 4 to 3 on kicks from the mark.

• RV Blaze Boys U11 Tournament Champs
  The U11 RV BLAZE won the Gold division at the Pemberton Columbus Weekend Tournament. They won all three games by shutout, while scoring eight goals.

• Henry Garrison in US Youth Soccer Spotlight
  US Youth Soccer Coaches Connection Coach of the Month Spotlight
  Henry Garrison, nominated by Damon Petras, RVSC | NJ Youth Soccer

  Henry Garrison has been a coach in the Rancocas Valley Soccer Club for 10 years. In that time he not only coached the RVSC Blue Lightning team from U-8 to U-17, but he has volunteered many hours for the good of the club. Henry’s willingness to go above and beyond his coaching responsibilities make him a great candidate for receiving this award.

  Henry does all of the initial measuring, marking and lining of the practice and game fields that are spread over three different locations. The club has two 11v11 game fields, two 8v8 game fields, as well as two 11v11, two 8v8, and two 4v4 fields. Along with doing all of the initial set-up duties, he maintains and treats the fields. After all of this, he still somehow found time to build four 8v8 kickback goals, 11v11 kickback goals, six Futsal goals and two shooter goals. Henry also maintains all of the clubs portable lights including maintenance and transportation to keep them safe in the off-season.

  Henry Garrison’s unwavering devotion to the RVSC facilities is reason enough for him to receive this award. He doesn’t stop there though. He has never missed a team practice or game in his 10 years as coach. Henry is a foreman and sometimes works long and late hours. Even more importantly though, he is a loving father of two children, one in high school and the other in college.
